Things To Help With That Time Of The Month

I think every girl already knows that when it’s that time all we want is to cuddle up to our hot water bottles so I think this one goes without saying, just staying super warm and toasty!



I find I want to eat everything more than normal so having snacks constantly around me helps, it distracts me and helps my belly by being full.



Being comfy is key, I mean who doesn’t like being comfy anyway but when you’ve got cramps and you’re just mardy anyway I definitely think being in a onesie with a dressing gown is the best shout.


Herbal Tea;

I don’t know why but having some sort of herbal or fruit tea really does help me, it calms me down and settles my belly. My favourite is usually a peppermint one!



This one could definitely be me but I do love a good nap anyway but when I’m not feeling myself a nap can change my way of mind, just having a nap can do so much (or make me fall asleep until the next day . . . )



Or Netflix but being distracted and just cosy is key! I basically treat it as if I’m super poorly on the settee with a blanket watching films in my jim jams.

    Snacks, Netflix and Comfort are definitely key for me during that time. It´s all I do, basically. Although snacks can be quite critical as I never know what exactly I want to snack on, haha.
