It’s time for all of the 2017 goals/resolutions! Can you actually believe that it’s now 2017? I think we can all agree that 2016 wasn’t exactly the best year for anyone and that we’re all probably going to just be skipping last year completely, unless something amazing happened to you in it.
Luckily and even more so surprisingly I actually completely some of my 2016 goals and I love finding out what everyones is since I’m super nosey, so I thought I may as well share mine too! Plus I always find that when they’re written down I actually stick to them a lot more.
Actually take skin care seriously and get a routine;
I think I say this every year but I’m absolutely awful.
Start doing yoga;
I started doing it for a little bit but just gave up, but this time I’m determined to actually stick to it since I found it so relaxing.
Learn to do the splits;
Surprisenly I used to be really flexible so I would like to be able to do the splits again, without breaking anything in the process. Pleaaaasseee.
Well I started this in 2016 but I want to take it more seriously since I would love to be bilingual.
Learn to do a back handspring;
Another thing that I used to be able to do but now can’t, so I just want to be flexible again and like a gymnast. Someone help me.
Already started this but I want to stick to it! I would love to have a decent savings account – I think it would make me feel more like an adult.
Sell things I don’t need;
I’m a massive hoarder and I never sell any of my shit so I need, need, NEED to have a massive clear out and chuck some of my stuff on eBay.
Look after my mental health;
I finally grew some balls in 2016 and went and got the help I needed with my mental health (did a little post on this already but will do another in the future.) But I want to make sure I actually keep looking after myself.
Oh look it’s one of those ones that everyone has, mine’s mainly just a eat more fruit and veg, stop eating dairy since ya know – I’m not meant to have any. Oh and stop eating for 1000000 people while doing the occasional exercise.
Get a tattoo;
I’ve been wanting a tattoo for god knows how long now but I’m going to bite it in the butt and actually go ahead with getting one, it’s only the size of a 10p coin anyway.
Hopefully I’ll actually be able to stick tot these 2017 goals but I also hope I remember them mainly, someone please keep reminding me to look at this post if I forget!
