Why I Love Online Shopping | Fashion

online catalogue
I love online shopping, I can’t help it. One thing that I love more than actually online shopping is online ‘window’ shopping and that would be to do with the fact that usually I don’t have money to spend online.

I just love going online to a website, usually one that’s a online only store such as boohoo and just putting everything that I like the look of in my basket and then checking it after I’ve gone through the whole website and crying to myself about how much money I wished I had to purchase the 100 pairs of shoes that I definitely don’t need.

One thing that I love about online shopping is the fact that a website is basically a online catalogue, it reminds me of the Argos catalogues that you had when you was a kid and just circle everything you wanted. That’s basically me overtime I go online but instead of circling something, I’m just popping ‘add’ and them crying about the total because I don’t have mammy or daddy buying me it for Christmas about 10 months early.

I also love the fact that you can always see, well usually see what they look like on since they show them on models. But usually they do only show them on models that look nothing like me so they do usually look completely different on myself but nether the less, I still love online shopping.

Does anyone else have a sense of joy just online window shopping and not buying anything? Please say you do so I don’t feel like an absolute idiot for having such a fun and weird hobby. I mean I just don’t understand why I like browsing a online catalogue as much as I do, I know I said that it was because it reminds me of when I was younger but still.

I struggle to shop online as I can’t tell if something will fit or if it will look right! I always end up putting SO MUCH in my basket too, the temptation is too much!

I was interested to read this because I feel like the only person in the world who hasn’t got on board with online shopping! Sure, I order the odd thing and it is a good way to browse, but I really enjoy the experience of physical shopping; feeling the fabrics and being able to try it on. I’m partly scared it’ll be a slippery slope once I do get into online shopping though so maybe it’s best I stay away haha!
