How many times do I mention that I have absolutely no skincare routine and that I really need to get one? A lot. Luckily for me I’ve found a brand that I haven’t tried called Newtons Labs and tried out their T-Zone Skincare range* hoping that I would find something that I loved.

Surprise, surprise I actually found a product that I fell in love with and I think that’s all to do with the huge charcoal skincare hype at the minute. The product that I fell in love with was the Charcoal Nose Pore Strips* which is basically what it says on the tin, nose strips that contain charcoal.

All of the nose strips that I’ve seen online are liquid ones that you have to apply which seems really messy but with these ones by Newton Labs they come as a solid strip which you apply straight to your nose, you just have to make sure that your nose is very wet so when you apply it it goes wet activating the charcoal. When you remove the strips you can see some of the gunk from your pours which is pretty grim but also very, very cool!

The Blackhead Fighting Facial Scrub* and Clear Pore Facial Wash* has been absolute lifesavers for me since using them because just before I got these I started breaking out which is a bit rare for me so I had no idea what to do or use. Since using them my skin is baby soft and kind of even like peaches and cream. I think we all know that I love a good ole face scrub.

As I mentioned I was starting to break out a little bit so having the Spot Zapping Gel* on hand was fab, I haven’t really seen anything like this in the stores and I’ve only used it once but it’s basically just a tube full of gel that you pop a little bit on your spot and it gets to work in just 4 hours meaning if you’ve got somewhere to be in the being or tomorrow, you should be fine!

Overall I’ve really enjoyed using Newtons Labs and will definitely be repurchasing the facial scrub and charcoal nose pore strips in the future! You can buy these from B&M, Homebargains, Amazon and Savers.
