I’m so fussy when it comes to mascaras, I can never find one that I truly love or even find one that works for me. Usually every mascara I try makes my non existent lashes look short and stumpy, with the occasionally horror spider lashes.
So I decided to treat myself on a whim really, so I purchased the YSL False Lash Effect Mascara £24.99YSL False Lash Effect Mascara £24.99 – the most bloody expensive mascara I’ve ever bought. But oh my do I regret buying this, not because of the fact I hate it but because of the complete opposite – I absolutely adore this mascara which sucks because now I have to fork out basically £25 whenever it runs out.
I love the packaging of this with it being smooth and gold, it just looks so fancy and expensive – which is good because ya know it bloody is. The formula of this is pretty wet, but not so wet that it becomes a nucience and every time you blink you get serious smudgy panda eyes. You just have to make sure that you’re eyes have dried a little before looking up so you don’t ruin your shadow.
Can’t mess up that blending now can we.
I’ve had this YSL False Lash Effect Mascara now for around 3 months and I basically use it everyday and it’s no where near drying up at all so I feel like it’s one of those mascaras that lasts for ages, which is great considering the price. How many times can I mention the price?
Overall I love, love, love this mascara. It makes my lashes look so long and fluttery like it’s actually amazing considering my lashes normally look horrific.
