LUSH Bubblegum lip scrub review.

Hello my lovelies!

So I thought I’d do a post today about one of my most loved products. The Bubblegum lip scrub by LUSH. I just adore this lip scrub and use it everyday without fail. It’s just so sweet and tasty I could eat it! No lie, I’ve actually tried eating it – try it, it’s sooooo good.

This lip scrub just makes my lips so soft and gets rid of all the dead skin on my lips, which in this weather is a lot. It doesn’t hurt my lips or have a unpleasant smell or taste (as I stated above) as some other lip scrubs by other brands that I’ve tried and this is the only one by LUSH that I have tried (of yet).

This lip scrub just makes my lips look so much more pleasant with or without my lipstick and helps stop them from getting to dry. They also make them extremely nice to kiss and probably taste.

I make sure that I use a chapstick everyday after I use this though just to stop drying my lips out and burning since I suffer badly with chapped lips especially in winter.

What’s all of your favourite lip scrubs? Any that you recommend?

LUSH haul!

Hiya!

So recently I decided that I was going to pop into the lovely LUSH shop near me and treat myself a little bit because I only had around 2 items by LUSH left in my house and I wasn’t happy about that.

When I walked through the doors I was so happy to see that they had their Christmas range in! As well as some Halloween stock so I was spoiled for choice!

I will be doing a separate blog post on each of my items after I use them to tell my experience and whether or not they’re worth the buy.

Fist off lets start with the Halloween range. I bought the ‘pumpkin’ bubble bar which is just so cute that I almost don’t want to use it! and a lovely own called ‘soot’ bath bomb. Once again this thing is just too cute I’m going to have to stock up on both of these items already just because of the cuteness!

Next up while I was at the bubble bar range I came across this snowman! I can’t believe how cute all the Halloween range and Christmas range is this year! So beware of me using the word ‘cute’ alot. This bubble bar is called the ‘melting snowman’ and I’m so excited to give this a try!

Next is ‘Cinders’ which is a bath bomb, once again from the Christmas range. It smells quite fruity but reminds me of Christmas/sherbet and it had popping candy inside it! The lady at LUSH convinced me to buy this stating that it’s her favourite mainly because of the popping candy so how could I say no!?

Last but not least is this gold present, it had a liquid centre so when you shake it, it sounds a bit like the ocean/ a water party. The gold glitter/shimmer powder on the outside is so pigmented already as you can see from the picture.

It is quite big, it’s the biggest bath bomb I’ve gotten from LUSH I think and it’s only £3 something also which is great!

This bath bomb is called ‘Golden Wonder’ and I can certainly tell why just by looking at it! I think this is my favourite bath bomb by far and the sooner I use it the better. I just can’t contain my excited for this! If you know me you know that I love glitter, sparkles, gold, presents and surprises and this ticks all the boxes!

Beauty and Fashion Haul!

 Hiya my lovelies!

Well as I said I’ve recently gone shopping and bought quite abit so I thought that this blog post was needed.
I’m going to do a seperate blog post on my mini LUSH haul since it seems that this blog post is going to be quite a long one anyway and I don’t want to bore anyone with a heafty blog post!

Well lets start with what I bought from Topshop, I bought some things for my penpal which I won’t post on here since I want it to be a surprise! But I’ve been wanting a pair of their glitter socks for so long now and I finally decided to buy a pair! I bought the silver pair and just above ^ I’ve taken a close up of the sparkle, they’re just so sparkly and glittery and AMAZING!
I am 100% going back and buying each and every pair they sell.

Next up I went into River Island since they have a sale on at the moment and if you know me, you know that I can’t resit a sale.

Since the River Island near me is quite smale it meant that the sale was small and there wasn’t anything in the clothing area that took my fancy. But then I stumbled into the shoe section and there was so many shoes that I wanted but these ones really took my eye especially for only £7!

They’re just plain pimpsoles (similar to vans) but the material on the top is leather (faux) and I couldn’t resit them in my size as well!

I really regret not buying a bag I saw in the sale. I recoment that you all go check out the sale that their having to grab yourself a bargain!

I also picked up this little bracelt that was only £2 but the only reason that I bought it was become all the money went to breast cancer. If there’s anything like that I’ll always buy it, I can never say no to a cancer charity.

In superdug I mainly went in to look at the MUA makeup but sadly there was hardly any in there, it was all sold out! But I luckily managed to pick up these two pencils in the shades ‘Lovely Lilac’ and ‘Pink Me Up’ I’ve swatched them on my hand and they are so pigminted! That photo doesn’t really do it any justice and it was only one swatch!
I decided to buy these two products because I’m going to do a cheshire cat makeup tutorial for Halloween so keep your eyes peeled for that!
I love the MUA range so much, it’s amazing quality for great price, each of these pencils were only £1 each! I’m going to look into the other Superdrug by me in the week to see if I can see any other MUA items which hopefully are in stock! So there might be another mini haul coming along soon!

While I was still in Superdrug I took a look at the maybelline stand and saw some baby lips! I bought the ‘intense care’ one and I haven’t used it yet but as soon as I do I’ll do a post about it. I’ve been wanting one for a while but just never got round to buying one, but my current chapstick is running out so I needed to buy a new one so there was no better excuse to buy this beauty!

I’m going to see whether these are worth the hype everyone says they are. But in Superdrug at the moment they have a ‘Buy One Get One Half Price’ on everything Maybelline so I bought another thing! Which I’m keeping hush hush for my penpal. But at only £2 odd I couldn’t leave it there, it seems like such good value especially for such good packaging!

XOXO

Mini Haul!

Hello all my lovely followers!

Today I popped into town to buy some things for my penpal for her christmas gift box and I ended up buying some things for myself! (naughty naughty I know)

I’m not going to post the things I’ve bought for my penpal just incase she sees this post, I don’t want to ruin any surprises!

I went into poundland, superdrug, topshop, river island and boots.
I’m going to do a seperate post on my beauty and fashion hauls from superdrug, topshop and river island. As well as doing a seperate post on my little (big compared to my usual pop in) buy in LUSH.

I just popped into poundland to have a look around since I very rarely go into town. (town btw is the bigger town, I usually go into the smaller town)
I was looking for some british things that I could send my penpal and stumpled upon this beauty! I saw this in Tesco before and I regret not buying it to this day but I’m glad that I didn’t since I got this big bar for only £1!
I’m so going to have to go back and buy more ASAP!

Next I decided that since Halloween is coming up (check out my halloween inspired ‘dead doll’ look if you haven’t already!) that I would look for some decorations, I’ve already started buying some but I hate having to pay loads for things I’m either going to chuck out or have to wait a whole year until I see again, so poundland was a great idea!

I stumbled upon these 18 spooky balloons in the colours orange and black by the make ‘fright night’. I love balloons so much that I needed to buy them and for only £1 I couldn’t go wrong!

I also bought a brain shaped jelly mould also buy the make ‘fright night’ , it’s pretty large I would say you would need at least 2 packs of jelly to fill it up! I really liked this buy because I havent seen anything like it anywhere and once again it was only £1 so I couldn’t leave it lying around! Especially since I love jelly!

While wondering around the store and trying to think of
some nice things I could send my penpal (leave any suggestions in the comment box if you can help me out!) I walked into a stand full of christmas chocolate treats and started thinking how strange it was that I was holding my halloween things and looking at christmas things. But I saw these mousse snowmen which I haven’t ever seen before in all my years of christmas chocolate loving.

Me being me and loving chocolate and a good bargain couldn’t leave these lying there for 2 for £1! I’m so excited to try these out!

I’m so happy that I went into poundland in the end! I will 100% be going back into poundland each and everytime that I am in town because I can’t believe how amazing it is!

XOXO
