How cute is this little Topshop Set? I’m not cute sure what the price or the shade of this set it – I know I’m a bad blogger, but in my defence I was gifted this by the lovely Alice who was my Blogger secret Santa this year and she got my gift on point if I do say so myself.
The blush shade is in – and the Lipstick is in the shade Wicked. The blusher it self is a cream blusher in the usual compact mirror and white with black polka dot case that the Topshop blushes usually come in with the lipstick the same. In the pot the blush is a beautiful peach pink and when swatched it’s exactly the same colour which I find a rarity nowadays, being highly pigmented it can be quite scary but you only need a little bit to apply to your cheeks and it blends in really good to add a natural blush look to your cheeks.
The lipstick is a dark plum berry shade and like other Topshop lipsticks I find it really pigmented and it doesn’t bleed when applied like most dark shades, it lasts around 3 hours with eating and drinking constantly before it starts to fade and you might want to reapply which I think is actually really good considering how much I was eating and drinking in those three hours! Dark lipsticks are my favourite and this has quickly jumped into my top three, it’s not drying in the slightest and on the lips its has quite a glossy finish but applies like a Mac Cremesheen finish I find. On my lips it’s also darker than when swatched but not by a lot but it’s still absolutely beautiful, you can build it up for a more dramatic look or applied lightly for a more daytime and subtle look by patting it out.
Have you tried any Topshop makeup before?
